You can easily press Right Control with your pinky + Mouse3 to crouch jump, because you're using two seperate hands and you don't have to contort your left hand to hit two keys. This layout works extremely well because you can always press all the butons simultaneously without moving your hand away from the movement keys, and you never have to press two buttons on the same hand together.
